MONEY MANAGER / SUPPORT

A little help,
when you need it.

Have a question or something to report? Here’s how to get in touch and what to include.

Report an issue

Include these details so the issue is easier to understand:

  1. App version
The version of Money Manager you are using.
  2. iOS version
The iOS version installed on your iPhone.
  3. What happened
Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Include any visible error message with personal information removed.
  4. A screenshot, if helpful
Hide names, account numbers, balances, transaction details and other sensitive information before attaching it.

Keep sensitive information out of your message.
Never send passwords, bank credentials or complete financial statements.

Common questions

Why are some bank transactions delayed?

Bank refresh normally occurs every six hours, with the scheduler checking every five minutes. Provider availability can delay updates, so transactions may not appear immediately.

If a transaction seems to be missing, describe the issue to support without attaching a complete statement or sharing bank credentials.

Pending transactions: Money Manager currently imports pending bank transactions as booked and does not preserve the pending/booked distinction. An entry shown as booked in the app does not establish that your bank has finalized it.

How do I reconnect a bank?

To reconnect a bank:

  1. Open Profile → Bank accounts.
  2. Open the relevant bank connection’s management menu.
  3. Choose Disconnect and confirm.
  4. Choose Connect a bank or Connect another bank.
  5. Complete the bank authorization flow again.

Previously imported transactions remain after disconnection. Disconnecting revokes access and removes the saved connection.

Do not send your bank login details to support.

Why does my account show an unfamiliar email?

If you chose Hide My Email when using Sign in with Apple, Apple may have supplied a private relay email address. It lets you use the app without sharing your personal email address.

Read Apple’s explanation of Hide My Email for details.

How do I delete my account?
  1. Open Profile.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If deletion reports an error, retry or contact support. The backend attempts to revoke bank sessions and Apple access before deleting your account; a revocation failure can prevent deletion from completing.

Successful deletion removes your account and linked application database records, including financial records, bank connections and notification records. The app then clears its session token and displayed account data.

Local cleanup depends on the app build. The cleanup fix is implemented and tested in the updated iOS source, but users need the next uploaded build. Older builds may retain cached reports with email-containing cache keys, privacy preferences, classification identifiers, local push-token information and temporary CSV exports.

Appearance preferences remain even in the updated build. Your original imported files and exports saved outside the app also remain outside its control.

The cleanup fix is not yet available in an uploaded build. Contact support for guidance about your installed version.

Backups are removed by hourly cleanup after 29 days from file modification time, normally creation. Centralized logs are retained for seven days plus a configured physical-deletion delay. Account-deletion markers remain for 35 days so deletions can be reapplied before restored data goes live.

Revoking access does not confirm erasure of all provider records. Previously delivered notifications and bank-held records are not removed by Money Manager’s account-deletion flow. Read the retention and deletion section for details.

You can also request account deletion by email at ivanivanov.ii726@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership.
